Our affiliated company, Patient Handling Australia, has been supplying the Australian market for the last thirty five years.

All our products are made to exacting standards.    We are listed on the NHS Supplier Register.

  • MAKE YOUR CHOICE of product by clicking on the links on the home page or the drop-down product link.
  • After adding the items to your cart the delivery and insurance charge will be added to give the total cost.
  • Secure payment in the Online Shop is either by Credit or Debit Card or if applicable, by your PayPal account.  Orders placed on our website are handled directly by PayPal Banking.  We do not hold your credit/debit card details, or have access to them, at any time.
  •  IMPORTANT - Please ensure that the buyer's address is the same address as the one that the card is registered to.  Please note any different delivery address separately or contact us with the details.
  • If you prefer to pay by cheque please send the required amount, including the carriage charge, made out to    'Patient Handling UK'  at the address below. 
  • If buying from outside the UK , including Europe, please contact us for a shipping quotation and separate invoice.  Email a list of the products you would like to purchase, together with the delivery address, and we will send an Invoice through with a payment link.
  • Orders can be placed through our secure online shop or can be sent by email or post if you have an account with us.  New accounts will receive a Pro-Forma Invoice in the first instance.  Please include your Order Number, delivery address and invoice address with all written orders.  Also an email address for order confirmation.
    Acknowledgment will be by email, giving your order number and dispatch date.
  • We provide prompt attention to all orders and enquiries.  Dispatch is normally within 24 hours and customers are immediately informed if any delivery delays are likely.
    We do not take credit card details by telephone.
  • All orders under £25 to UK mainland are charged £3.95.
    Orders over £25 and under £50 are charged £5.95
    Orders £50 and over are charged £9.75. 
    Orders over £100 are charged £11.95.
    Orders over £500 are charged £15.95.

If you would like to return or exchange your products within 14 days of delivery, please contact us on Freephone: 0800 083 6071 or by email, to notify us of your requirements
The item to be returned must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.  
We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (including the basic delivery charge.)
You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected.  
It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods


In the unlikely event that your product is delivered to you in a faulty condition, it is essential that you contact us immediately.  
Please ring or email with 24 hours to inform us of the damage so that we can resolve the matter.
Should an expected consignment not arrive, please notify us within 14 days from the date of purchase, failing this the Company shall not be liable for the non-delivery.


Your privacy is important to us. As such, Patient Handling UK does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are passed on to Couriers as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

When you place an order and enter your name and delivery information, these personal details are stored in our secure database. Personal data collected by this site is only used to:

a. Take and fulfill customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
d. Send you an email newsletter (if you selected to receive our email newsletters). Each newsletter will also carry a simple one-click link to easily unsubscribe.

When you make a payment, your order details are passed to Paypal which is one of the safest payment processors in the world. Paypal uses cookies to help you through the payment process. 

You can ask us to update or remove your personal information by emailing us or by writing to us at our address below. However, please note that we may need to keep some personal data in order to process orders or to comply with customer service or after sale obligations. 
You also have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you.
