All orders will be acknowledged by email, giving your order number and dispatch date.
We provide prompt attention to all orders and enquiries whether by email, telephone or post. Dispatch of orders is normally within 24 hours and customers are immediately consulted should any delivery delays be likely.
Payment at our online shop is through PayPal. This is a completely secure site using your Credit or Debit card or, if applicable, your PayPal account.

CARRIAGE CHARGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
All orders under £50 to UK mainland are charged £4.95 - all orders £50 and over are charged at £6.95.
Please contact us for a carriage quotation for deliveries to countries outside the UK including Europe. Discounts are available on bulk orders of any item and further trade discounts on orders of 100+ of any items. Contact us for a quotation on your requirements.
RETURNS POLICY
If you would like to return or exchange your products within 7 days of delivery, please contact us on 0800 083 6071 to notify us of your requirements. The item to be returned must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge.) You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods
DAMAGE OR NON DELIVERY
In the unlikely event that your product is delivered to you in a faulty condition, it is essential that you contact us immediately, preferably within 24 hours, when we will be happy to resolve any problems. Should an expected consignment not arrive, please notify us within 21 days from the date of purchase, failing this the Company shall not be liable for the non-delivery.
